Registration & internal area

Do I have to register to place an order?

A registration on www.yourfilter.eu is not absolutely necessary. You can also order as a guest or via Express Checkout.

Registering in our online shop offers you as a customer some advantages, such ase.g. access to previous orders and your already stored addresses. 

What data do I need to register in the shop?

You must be a commercial customer and provide the following information: company name, contact person name, company address, email address and a valid VAT identification number.

Can I order from yourfilter as a private individual?

No, we are purely a B2B shop for commercial customers. Sales to private customers are excluded.

What information can I view in the internal area?

Order process

Will I receive a confirmation of the order?

Yes, after placing your order you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. You will also receive your invoice digitally by email. 

Is there a quality difference to the original filter?

We offer in our shop www.yourfilter.eu high-quality replacement filters in original equipment quality. There can certainly be visual differences, but we only sell filters that have been tested by us and rated as at least of equal or higher quality than the original filter. Only certified filter materials are used. 

How do I find the right filter for my extraction system?

The easiest way is to enter the item number, manufacturer's item number, device name or device item number on the home page. Alternatively, you can select from different manufacturers in the drop-down menu and find the right filter for your device. You can also enter the filter dimensions or filter class in our search function. If you cannot find your filter, please contact us. We will be happy to help you.

What do I do if I can't find my filter in the shop?

If you cannot find the replacement filter you are looking for for your extraction system, please contact us. We are happy to help you.mail@yourfilter.eu. Our portfolio is also growing steadily. 

I would like to order a larger quantity of filters. Can I get a discount?

This is possible depending on the filter and the quantity purchased. Please send us an inquiry: Request a quote .

How is the low price achieved?

We have made our processes largely automated and simple, so that process costs are saved. We calculate our prices honestly. We are happy to pass this advantage on to our customers.

How long does it take for the filters to be delivered?

The delivery date can be found on the individual product pages of the filters. If you buy several filters, use the delivery time of the filter that has the longest delivery time. Stocked goods are delivered within Germany within 3-4 days. Deliveries to other European countries can take 2-3 days longer.

I need the filters very quickly. Is express shipping possible?

Yes, please note that we can only consider express shipping if we receive your order by 12 p.m. If in doubt, please contact us by telephone: +49 2864 72 98 752. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we will send these to you by email after we have sent the filters. 

To which countries can the goods be sent?

The filters are shipped throughout the EU. Other countries on request. Please contact us for more information.

How are the filters packaged?

The filters are individually packed in shipping-ready cardboard packaging. If necessary, for larger deliveries, the delivery is also secured for transport on pallets. 

How are the filters delivered?

By parcel service provider (DHL/DPD) or by shipping company (larger shipments).

Can I also collect my filters myself?

No, unfortunately this is not possible for logistical reasons.

Additional Services / Service

My extraction system needs maintenance. Can I also order this from yourfilter?

In Germany and the Netherlands we can currently offer both filter changes and air safety checks (DGUV 109-002). You can find more information under Filter Change Service.
